An even more optimistic Juniper Research report predicts that by 2023 there will be 8 billion devices with voice assistants, up from 2.5 billion at the end of 2018. And a massive $80 billion voice commerce market will grow out of this base.
Consumers today are already ordering food for collection, adding items to their weekly shopping list and purchasing goods with voice.
