1. The short version
Voxly Digital does not set any cookies of its own on this website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use your browser’s local storage to track you.
A few pages load content from other companies, such as a Google map or a YouTube video. Those companies may store cookies or similar information on your device under their own policies. This page explains where that can happen and how to control it.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can save on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. They can be used to make a site work, remember your choices, measure visits or track you across websites.
3. How we checked
We last reviewed the Website on 18 October 2026. We loaded its pages in a fresh browser, including the home page, the contact and ebook forms, the Find our Office page and blog posts with embedded videos, and recorded every cookie and every item of browser storage that was created. No cookies and no local or session storage were set by the Website itself. We review this policy whenever we add a new tool or embedded service.
4. Cookies on the Website
| Who sets it | Where | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Voxly Digital | Whole site | None set | – |
| Cloudflare (our hosting and security provider) | Whole site | May set a short-lived security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to tell people from bots when it detects unusual traffic. It expires within 30 minutes and is not used for tracking. | Essential |
| Google (Google Maps) | Find our Office page | The embedded map may set Google cookies to provide the map and remember your Google preferences. | Third party |
| Google (YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode) | Some blog posts | In privacy-enhanced mode YouTube does not store viewing information on your device until you play a video. If you press play, YouTube may set cookies or use local storage. | Third party |
Google Fonts supplies the typeface on every page. It does not set cookies, but your browser does send your IP address to Google when it downloads the font.
You can read how Google uses information from these services at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
5. Why there is no cookie banner
UK law asks websites to get your consent before setting cookies that are not strictly necessary. Because we do not set any such cookies ourselves, the Website does not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
6. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in your browser settings. These guides explain how:
Blocking cookies will not stop the Website from working. Embedded maps or videos may not load if you block their cookies; you can still open them directly on Google Maps or YouTube.
7. More information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle any personal data we receive when you use the Website.
