How to Contact support
Email: support@voxlydigital.com
When you send us an email, please use the subject “Voxly Vision Slack support” and include:
your Slack workspace name and, if available, workspace ID;
the approximate date and time of the problem, including your time zone;
the command or step you were using;
the exact error message or a screenshot with confidential information removed; and
a short description of what you expected and what happened.
Do not send Slack access tokens, signing secrets, client secrets, passwords, personal data, or confidential advertising assets by email.
No additional account is required to contact us. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Ask a Slack workspace owner or administrator to install Voxly Vision.
In Slack, type /voxly-help to view the available commands.
Type /voxly-evaluate to open the evaluation form.
Upload one supported image, MP4 video or plain-text asset.
Select at least one available framework and choose Evaluate.
Open the Voxly Vision app’s Messages tab to see progress and the completed private result.
AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always have a qualified person review the output before making legal, regulatory or other consequential decisions.
Common questions and fixes
I cannot install the app
Your organisation may restrict app installation. Ask a Slack workspace owner or administrator to approve or install Voxly Vision. If Slack displays an OAuth or redirect error, send support the exact message and the workspace name.
Slack Commands (/voxly-evaluate or /voxly-help) does not appear
Confirm that the production app named Voxly Vision is installed in this workspace.
Type the full command and select Voxly Vision from Slack’s command suggestions.
Ask an administrator whether the installation is awaiting approval or was removed.
If the app was recently reinstalled, reload Slack and try again.
The evaluation form does not open
Slack interaction links expire quickly. Run /voxly-evaluate again rather than resubmitting an old form. If it still fails, contact support with the time of the attempt and any visible error.
No frameworks are available
Frameworks are assigned to the Voxly Vision workspace connected to Slack. Ask your Voxly Vision workspace administrator to confirm that at least one framework is live and available.
My file is rejected or the evaluation does not start
Voxly Vision evaluations currently support JPG/JPEG and PNG images, MP4 videos and plain-text files. Submit one file in the Slack evaluation form and select at least one framework. Avoid password-protected, corrupted or incomplete files. Large files may take longer or exceed Slack’s own upload limits.
If Voxly Vision says that your free evaluations have been used, the Slack allowance resets at midnight UTC. Additional usage is available through the Voxly Vision website.
I do not see a progress or result message
Open Apps → Voxly Vision → Messages in Slack. Results are sent privately to the member who ran /voxly-evaluate, not to the channel in which the command was entered. Ensure the app is still installed and that direct messages to the app have not been disabled by workspace policy.
If a result remains in progress for an unusually long time, contact support with the asset file name, approximate submission time and workspace name. Do not attach the original confidential asset to the support email unless support provides an approved secure method.
The result looks wrong
Voxly Vision uses generative AI and its outputs can be inaccurate. Do not treat a result as legal advice or an automatic approval or rejection. Contact support with the job name and explain which classification, explanation or recommendation appears incorrect. Remove confidential information from screenshots.
My Slack email is linked to the wrong Voxly Vision account
Voxly Vision uses the email supplied by Slack to link an existing account or provision a new one. Contact support from the affected email address and include the Slack workspace name. We may ask for additional verification before changing an identity link.
I need to reinstall or reconnect the app
Ask a Slack workspace owner or administrator to remove the existing installation, then use the production installation link. Reinstallation may be required when permissions change.
Uninstalling the app
A Slack workspace owner or administrator can remove Voxly Vision from the workspace’s app-management settings:
Open your Slack workspace’s app-management page.
Find Voxly Vision in the list of installed apps.
Open the app configuration and choose Remove App.
Confirm the removal.
Slack revokes the app’s access when it is removed. For information about what is deleted automatically, retention periods, and how to request deletion of all applicable records, read the Voxly Vision for Slack Privacy Notice.

Include the Slack workspace name and the member email or Slack member ID concerned. Do not include an access token or confidential asset. We may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting data.
