Consumer Brands AI

Consumer brands are using Conversational AI to enhance customer engagement by providing instant, personalized support across various digital channels. These tools enable seamless interactions, from answering product inquiries to guiding customers through purchasing decisions, ultimately driving eCommerce conversions. By integrating AI with data-driven insights, brands are also creating tailored experiences that increase customer loyalty and streamline the shopping journey.

Our Case Studies

Mars M&Ms | Red Recommends

Tackle Streaming Indecision! Red Recommends was an Alexa and Facebook chatbot that helped viewers pick what to watch tonight.

It was the first voice activated marketing campaign for Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK. The Alexa skill was live for a promotion period in 2018, but you can still visit the Facebook Chatbot.

Unilever | Recipedia

Discover recipes tailored to your needs, get step-by-step instructions and save your recipes for later. Say goodbye to fiddly recipe book page-turning: you’re going hands-free! Get to know your new kitchen friend by saying “Alexa, open Recipedia”.

Unilever closed down this service in 2021 due to a shift in priorities.

Unilever | Voice Strategy 2020

Like many brands, Unilever has been experimenting with Conversational AI and voice apps for years. Working with partners like Voxly Digital, they have a global portfolio of voice-services for the haircare category. However, the value and business case for voice in this space was less clear. We helped them understand best practice approaches and establish the strategic role of voice for haircare shoppers.

P & G Victoria

Listen to fantastic tips on Fashion & Beauty, Health & Wellbeing, and Home & Garden – or how about motivational quotes? You can also hear product information and customer reviews for your favourite household brands, including Olay, Pantene, Oral-B, Flash and Fairy. Plus, if you like the sound of a product, you can simply add it to your Amazon shopping list – and don’t forget to ask for “offers” so Alexa can deliver the latest samples and money-off coupons straight to your inbox.
